Sleepless nights, tossing and turning, bathed in crimson moonlight that seeps through the narrow window slats.

I never though for one second I could end up here, NEVER!

The red moon is the only difference.

Stuck out on that road, I walked forever, alone.

Silence deafened, no hum, no people, their things, or me, just a residual memory of their sound rose in waves from my mind, taunting me.

My forever day is now a distant memory, or my memory may now be a distant idea.

My forever day ended with the rise of the Red Moon, and I lie sleepless alone all in red.
