About Me

Hi, my name is Tina. Welcome to my website. Over the past few years, I have hosted my writing content on various websites, believing that hosting everything I wrote in one place would create confusion. That didn’t work out for me. I got more confused.

The truth is I love to write.

The truth is I love to write.

I always have. Even when I wasn’t very good at grammar, I still struggle with it today.

Every story that comes into my head appears in a different format, theatre, film scripts, short stories, and novels.

About two years ago, I began jotting down all my ideas in short drafts, outlines and notes. I got into such a habit that I completely ignored finishing each piece.

The main reason I have reconfigured this website is to make a promise to finish each of the pieces I started, and once I do, I will release each of them here.

My second promise is to stop trying to pigeonhole myself into being one or another type of writer, so all aspects of my writing will be available here, from articles to travel writing, theatre to books and everything in between.

But now, a little bit more about me. I live in Galway on the West Coast of Ireland with my hubby and our young Springer Spaniel Millie. We previously had a large fur baby family, including three cats and three dogs, but slowly over the past twenty-five years, we have lost them in various circumstances. I mention them here because they all frequently feature in my writing.

As much as my writing is eclectic, my job path has been too. I have worked in theatre, as a sales assistant, as an editor for a local magazine, as a feature writer, crafter, teacher, web designer, craft book writer, e-commerce website administrator, interior designer, and merchandiser. The list goes on and on.

In truth, I wanted to be a writer, but I always got in the way of myself. To be a writer, I have to write consistently starting today.

Now for the practical structure of this website:
I have broken my writing down into sections as follows.
